Far from your average rugby player, Shaunagh balances her time representing her country with her role in the Kent Fire and Rescue Service. However, it is the story that has proceeded Shaunagh’s life as one of the first full-time professional women rugby players, that makes her the motivation everyone needs.
Shaunagh’s dedication and devotion to everything she attempts to succeed in, is what sets her aside from others, but she believes anyone can follow in her footsteps. From the early morning starts at the Ladywell Athletics Track in South London to the trials and tribulations of gaining commercial diving qualifications, Shaunagh’s story can stimulate audiences to get out, make a change and live life to its full capacity.
